Looking Forward Together: The 2025 JNUO Vietnam Factory Annual Gala Recap

In January 10^th 2025, the annual gala of our Vietnam factory was held with great enthusiasm, bringing together employees, senior executives from JNUO Headquarters, and key local partners. The event was a celebration of the past year’s achievements and a look ahead to an exciting future.

The evening began with an inspiring speech from the Chairman, who thanked all employees for their dedication, particularly in improving production and innovation. He highlighted the company’s growth in 2024, including better product quality and customer satisfaction. The Chairman emphasized the company’s commitment to technology and efficiency, encouraging everyone to continue working toward even greater success in the coming year.

We were honored to welcome executives from JNUO Headquarters and local business partners, whose presence added prestige to the evening. The executives praised the factory’s performance and shared valuable insights, while our local partners expressed their satisfaction with the partnership and eagerness to continue collaborating.

A highlight of the event was the cultural showcase, where employees wore traditional Vietnamese attire. Many female employees donned the elegant “Áo Dài,” while male employees wore traditional robes, creating a beautiful, culturally rich atmosphere.

The evening continued with a heartfelt award ceremony, recognizing outstanding employees and teams for their hard work. Awards included the Outstanding Employee Award, Best Team Award, and Innovation of the Year Award. Each winner was met with applause and appreciation for their contributions.

The gala concluded with a thrilling lucky draw, where lucky employees won a variety of exciting prizes, including electronics, vacation packages, and cash rewards. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and cheer as the winners celebrated their good fortune.
